Our stay at this hotel was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with an art-deco interior. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from attractions, markets, and the train/metro station. The staff, particularly Davide, was helpful and attentive, providing assistance from the moment we arrived until our departure. it was a very pleasant stay.

Just have to say, I'd totally recommend staying here and I'd definitely come back. the room was awesome, the bed was super comfy! 😊

The location was great, just a short walk from the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were some snacks and water provided for breakfast. The host was helpful and allowed us to do a late online check-in. it was a nice stay.

The cleaning lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. She scolded us for arriving at the scheduled check-in time, and made a lot of noise while cleaning early in the morning, making it impossible to get any sleep.

The location was absolutely perfect with attractions and markets just a few hundred meters away. The convenience of having a supermarket, pubs, and bakeries nearby was a huge plus. The proximity to the train/metro station made it easy to explore the city and travel to/from the airport. The host, Davide, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay. From guiding us to the facility upon arrival to assisting with transportation arrangements, he was always available and attentive. The room itself was situated in a charming tenement house with a beautiful art-deco interior. The ceiling fan and air conditioning provided a comfortable environment. The host's attention to detail was evident with fresh water and croissants provided daily. Despite the language barrier, the host, Lady Ninfa, was kind and accommodating. our stay at Bonorum was delightful and I would highly recommend it. The level of service and the overall experience made it a memorable trip.
